In accordance to Section 56A of the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999, Tasmania Police advise of the temporary closing of the following streets to facilitate this event:Ġ8.50am to 09.30am Brooker Highway from Goodwood Road to Risdon Road – south bound lanes only Ġ8.50am to 09.40am Cornelian Bay and Queens Walk. This will effect vehicular traffic travelling south or wanting to cross the event route. The roads between the start and finish points will be closed whilst participants are on the roadway. The finish point for all races will be at the Wrest Point Casino. This event will commence at 9.00 am at three locations:īrooker Highway at Goodwood Road, Glenorchy On Sunday, the annual City to Casino Fun Run and Walk will occur from the Glenorchy to Wrest Point Casino, Sandy Bay.
